The inauguration took place within the Knowledge Sharing Program 2018–2019 for Romania. The ceremony brought together representatives of academia, government and the diplomatic community, including the Rector of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, the Minister for Business Environment, Commerce and Entrepreneurship, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Bucharest, and Prof. Monica Dudian, Director of the Research Center for Productivity.
